Licensing concerns the regulatory approval to operate the hospitality facility. Classification determines the category or grade against the applicable requirements. The two paths are connected, but they are not the same decision.
02When should the classification route be reviewed?+
As early as possible, especially before major design, space-planning and operating-model decisions are fixed. Early review reduces the risk of late redesign and avoidable cost.
03Does THO issue the licence or classification?+
