The Hotelier Office (THO) is the hospitality advisory brand of Karam Al Arabia Hospitality Consulting Company in Saudi Arabia and is the controller that determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this policy. This policy applies to our website, contact and service-request forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, and digital campaigns that link to it.
We collect information you provide directly or submit through a LinkedIn form after giving your consent. This may include your name, work email address, phone number, job title, company name, city, property type, project stage, target classification, and inquiry details. Fields marked as required are necessary for us to respond; all other fields are optional. We do not request payment information, identity documents, or sensitive personal data through these forms.
We process your information based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for a legitimate interest that does not override your rights where permitted by law. We use it to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations or follow-up, identify the appropriate service or advisor, manage a prospective relationship, protect forms from abuse, and improve campaign and service performance using aggregated insights. We do not sell or trade personal information.
We use your email address or phone number for marketing only when you have given prior consent through a clear form option or another documented method. You may withdraw consent or stop marketing messages at any time through an unsubscribe link, where available, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before we receive it.
We may make information available, to the extent necessary, to authorised staff and advisors and to technology providers supporting hosting, forms, inquiry management, analytics, and marketing, including LinkedIn, Wix, and our website-hosting providers. Depending on their role, these providers act on our instructions or under their own applicable terms. We may also disclose information where required by law or a competent authority. Some technology services, including LinkedIn and certain hosting or analytics services, may process or make information available from outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we apply the procedures and safeguards required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations and limit transfers to information necessary for the stated purpose.
We ordinarily retain lead and inquiry information for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is necessary to perform a contract, evidence consent, comply with a legal obligation, or protect a legal right. When the purpose and legal basis end, we take steps to securely dispose of the information.
Subject to applicable law, you may be informed of the legal basis and purpose of collection, access your personal data, request a clear copy, ask us to correct, complete, or update it, request deletion where the legal conditions are met, withdraw consent, and object to direct marketing. To protect personal data, we may reasonably verify your identity before completing a request. You may also complain to the competent Saudi data-protection authority.
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction and restrict access according to operational need. The website may use essential technologies for operation and measurement tools to understand performance and visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential technologies may affect some functionality.
