Pricing depends on the number of visits, property type, scope of the guest journey, evidence requirements and reporting depth. A low headline price may exclude the analysis and corrective priorities that make the visit useful to management.

THO packages
THO’s VAT-inclusive packages are SAR 5,000 for one visit, SAR 8,000 for two visits and SAR 15,000 for four visits. Any additional visit is SAR 4,000 VAT inclusive.
The service is available to hospitality properties across all regions of Saudi Arabia.

One visit establishes an independent baseline. Two visits allow management to test corrective action. Four visits provide stronger year-round visibility across teams, shifts or demand periods.
