Executive visibility
The owner and general manager need a concise dashboard showing overall readiness, critical findings, affected guest-journey stages and the decisions requiring immediate attention.
A score without context is insufficient. Management must see what happened, why it matters and what should happen next.
Evidence and risk
Each material finding should be traceable to the journey stage, service standard, observation and available evidence. Risk classification helps separate critical or high-impact failures from medium items and improvement opportunities.
Corrective action
A decision-ready report states the corrective action, priority, accountable owner and verification method. Repeat visits should test the guest experience again, not simply confirm that a task was marked complete.
